国登録有形文化財「清水屋」の屋号の看板

岐阜県の馬籠宿にある「清水屋」さんの「屋号」看板の制作を担当しました。「清水屋」さんは国登録有形文化財に指定されている由緒ある建物です。
旧街道に面しているため、街道が賑わっていた当時の往来に思いをはせながら筆を運びました。
I was in charge of creating the “business name” sign for “Shimizuya” in Magome-juku, Gifu Prefecture. “Shimizuya” is a historic building designated as a Nationally Registered Tangible Cultural Property.
Since the building faces the old highway, I let my brush move as I imagined the comings and goings of travelers back when the highway was bustling with activity.
