【現代美術家・甲斐哲哉 公式】 1964年、世界初のボディペインティングを発表し米「LIFE」誌で話題をさらった前衛芸術の旗手。銀座での逮捕騒動やサンパウロ大学近代美術館収蔵など、サイケデリックアートの頂点を極めた後、故郷大分で作風は「曼荼羅」へと昇華。2011年には中国・密教総本山へ3m四方の大作を奉納（NHK放映）。哲学と生命の躍動、寺院壁画の精神性が融合した「宇宙論」シリーズ。本作は作家本人による真作保証、半世紀の画業の集大成です。
