One sheet checks active jobs for matching crew, date and morning/afternoon slots across all periods, showing overlaps, separate input issues and top notices for incomplete checking data. Prepare source records and unique schedule, site and crew IDs. Enter IDs, date, half-day slot, status and source reference; record reasons for postponement or cancellation. One row covers one crew, site and half-day. Full days need two rows with different schedule IDs. For rain delays, mark the original row postponed and add a reason. Undecided restarts stay in the all-period postponed list. When agreed, update the same row's date, slot and crew as needed, then mark it active to recheck overlaps, including month changes. IDs and references stay with entries. Select a date and a crew or all crews for the day's active list. Review it, postponed jobs and notices against source records and site/crew conditions before deciding restarts. One contractor per workbook; 1,000 rows including two samples.
