信楽焼の焼酎サーバー（ウォーターサーバー）です。
サーバーに焼酎を入れて数日（2〜3日）寝かせるだけで、アルコールのカドが取れ、口当たりがまろやかになります。
安価な焼酎でも、ワンランク上の深い味わいに変化するのが最大の魅力です。
水を注いでウォーターサーバーとしても美味しくいただけます。
『前割り』もおすすめ。
信楽焼サーバーの性能を最も活かせる飲み方が「前割り（まえわり）」です。飲む数日前に、サーバーの中で「焼酎と水を 6：4 または 5：5」の好みの割合で混ぜ合わせておきます。飲む直前に水割りを作るよりも遥かにまろやかで美味しい焼酎が出来上がります。
アルコール度数25％の焼酎を6：4（ロクヨン）で割ると日本酒やワインと同じ15％の黄金比になります。
5：5では12.5%と軽やかな仕上がりに。
720mlの焼酎に480mlの水を加えると6：4になります。
容量が1.2Lなので、720mlを注ぎ、蓋の下まで水を足せばちょうど6：4となります。
保存期間の目安： 常温であれば「3日〜1週間」、冷蔵庫に入れる場合でも「2週間」ほどで飲み切るのが安全です。
アルコール度数が20％を下回ると痛みやすくなります。夏場は1日寝かせて3日ほどで飲み切ってください。

購入の際の注意点
・別の銘柄に変えるときや、長期間使わないときは綺麗に洗ってください。
洗剤を使わずに水やぬるま湯で洗ってコックを開き、風通しの良い日陰で2,3日、完全に乾燥させて収納してください。
・同じ銘柄の焼酎をずっと飲み続ける場合は、毎回洗う必要はありません。中身が少なくなってきたら、そのまま新しい焼酎（と水）を注ぎ足して使って大丈夫です。高頻度で洗うよりも、お酒が入った状態をキープする方が、中がアルコールで消毒され続けるため衛生的です。
・ウォーターサーバーとして使う場合は一週間に一度程度、水洗いし完全に乾かしてからお使いください。
[ CARE INSTRUCTIONS & NOTES ]
CHANGING SPIRITS OR LONG-TERM STORAGE:
- Please clean the server thoroughly when switching to a different brand of Shochu or when not using it for a long period.
- Wash inside with fresh water or lukewarm water without using any dish soap.
- Open the tap and let it air-dry completely in a well-ventilated, shaded area for 2 to 3 days before storing.
CONTINUING WITH THE SAME BRAND:
- If you keep using the same brand of Shochu, you do not need to wash the server every time.
- When the liquid gets low, you can simply top it up with new Shochu and water.
- Keeping the server filled with alcohol is actually more hygienic than washing it frequently, as the alcohol naturally sanitizes the inside.
USING AS A WATER SERVER:
- If you use this strictly as a water server, please wash it with water about once a week.
- Make sure to let it dry completely before filling it with water again.
