岩肌を思わせる野性的な造形と釉調で仕上げています。
あえて完全には焼き締めすぎない製法により、器の中に微細な空気の層を含んでいます。そのため断熱性が非常に高く、抹茶が冷めにくい一方で、器を持つ手には熱が伝わりすぎないという優れた特徴があります。
炭や薪を使っての焼成の際、灰が被ったり焦げが入る変色等がありますが、茶碗の景色としてご理解ください。

This Raku tea bowl is meticulously shaped by hand, one by one, using the traditional Tezukune (hand-kneading and hand-sculpting) technique. It features a rugged, wild form and glaze expression that evokes the raw texture of a natural rock surface.
Crafted using a traditional low-firing technique, the clay retains microscopic air pockets within the body of the bowl. This unique structure provides exceptional thermal insulation, allowing your matcha to stay warm for longer while ensuring the bowl remains comfortable and never too hot to hold in your hands.
During the firing process using charcoal or firewood, the piece may develop natural color variations, ash deposits, or scorch marks. Please appreciate these unique characteristics as part of the bowl’s individual personality and artistic landscape (keshiki).
