ゴムホースの必要長さ・残材確認表 ゴムホース製造の切断計画担当者向けExcel（.xlsx）。1ブックで1計画、指示・原反・割当は各1,000行（例を含む）。単位はmm。 計画ID、承認済み指示のID・寸法・本数・版、現物確認した原反のID・品番・ロット・開始長、確認済み切断損失・端部除去条件を登録。指示の複数原反への分割、同一原反への複数指示の割当に対応。割当本数と切断回数は別々に入力。 切断長×本数と切断回数ごとの損失に、原反ごとに端部除去1回分を加算。必要長さ、予定残量、不足長、未割当・過剰本数を確認。品番・指定ロット、入力不備、保留・参考値の理由も表示。フィルターで絞り、原資料と照合して修正。取消は行を残し理由を記録します。 作業後は実測残量、作業日、差異・変更理由、保管場所、現物確認状態を記録。条件がそろえば予定との差を確認でき、確認済み実測値と保管場所が次回の残材候補になります。工場責任者が再使用可否を確認後、次計画の別ブックに実測残量を開始長として手入力し、保管場所も引き継ぎます。 Windows 11、日本語Microsoft 365デスクトップ版Excel 64bitが必要。一人ずつ編集しローカル保存。承認済み指示と確認済み材料情報を用意し、寸法・損失条件・作業可否・残材再使用可否は工場責任者の判断に従ってください。 仕事の依頼：ramaya08010801@gmail.com Rubber Hose Required Length & Remnant Check Sheet Excel .xlsx for rubber hose cutting planners. Enter plan ID, approved instruction IDs, lengths, quantities, revisions; checked stock IDs, parts, lots, starting lengths; confirmed cut loss and trimming. Split instructions across stock or assign several to one. Enter quantities and cut counts separately. Required length adds piece lengths, loss per cut and trimming once per stock. Check planned remainders, shortages, unallocated/excess quantities, parts/lots, input issues and hold/reference reasons. Filter, check sources and correct inputs to recalculate. Canceled rows retain reasons. Record measured remnants, date, difference/change reasons, storage and physical-check status. When conditions allow, compare planned remainders; checked lengths/storage become next-plan candidates. After supervisor reuse approval, enter remnants manually as starting lengths in a new workbook with new instructions/allocations; retain storage. Requires Windows 11, Japanese 64-bit Microsoft 365 desktop Excel, one editor at a time, local saving. Use approved instructions and checked material data.
