映画館の上映回間 入替時間確認表 単館映画館の上映予定を入替時間の視点で確認するExcel表。1スクリーン・1営業日、1行1上映回、1,000行（サンプル2件含む）です。 元予定表からスクリーン、営業日、上映回ID、作品識別、参照先、予定開始日時、予告編等を含む占有分数、次回予定開場日時、担当者が決めた必要入替分数を入力。同じシートに予定終了日時、入替可能分数、余裕・不足分数、間隔の判定を表示します。 10:00開始・占有120分なら終了12:00。次回開場12:15・必要20分なら入替可能15分、判定「不足」、不足5分。元予定表と本表の開場を12:25に更新すると入替可能25分、余裕5分、不足0分です。 日をまたぐ上映は実際の日付を入力し、最終回等は「次回なし」を選択。変更は同じ行に反映して理由を残し、取消時も入力内容を保持できます。次回開場は手入力のため、変更時は影響する前の上映回も更新。数値と「注意・入力修正事項」を元予定表と照合し、不足時は予定を見直し、確認内容を保存します。 Windows 11・日本語Microsoft 365デスクトップ版Excelが必要。一人ずつ編集し、結果はExcel画面で確認。日時は日付付き・分単位、占有は1以上、必要入替は0以上の整数分で入力してください。 お仕事の依頼：ramaya08010801@gmail.com Cinema Screening Turnaround Time Checker Excel workbook to check cinema schedule gaps against staff-set turnaround time. One screen and business day; 1,000 rows including two samples, one screening per row. From the source schedule, enter screen, business date, unique screening ID, film identifier, source reference, planned start date/time, occupancy minutes including trailers, next planned door-opening date/time and required turnaround minutes. The same sheet shows planned end, available minutes, spare time, shortfall and interval assessment. Example: 10:00 start + 120 minutes ends at 12:00. Next doors at 12:15 with 20 minutes required gives 15 available and a 5-minute shortfall. Updating doors to 12:25 in both schedules gives 25 available, 5 spare and no shortfall. Use actual dates across midnight; select no next screening for the final session. Edit the same row for changes, recording a reason; cancellation retains entered details. Next doors are entered manually: update affected earlier rows too. Check figures and input notices against the source schedule, revise insufficient gaps, review and save. Requires Windows 11 and Japanese-language Microsoft 365 desktop Excel. Edit one person at a time; review results in Excel.
