Each workbook covers one replenishment round for one towel item. Enter each store's target, usable towel count and quantity arranged but not yet received, with its ID, report date and supporting information. One row per store on a single sheet is designed to show additional quantities needed and the total for all stores. Missing replies are treated as unanswered, not zero stock. Fictional example: a target of 100 towels, 60 usable and 10 on the way leaves 30 to arrange. If the usable count is corrected to 70, updating the same row reduces the additional quantity to 20. Bringing store shortages and overall requirements together aims to reduce recalculation, copying and searching for figures. Your team sets targets and places orders; automatic ordering and tracking actual distributions are outside the scope. This product is at the planning stage. The proposed format is a Japanese-language .xlsx workbook for one person using Microsoft 365 desktop Excel on Windows 11. Features and workflow have not been verified in a finished product.
