「織物工場の反別 検反長差確認表」は、絹・人絹織物工場の検反記録担当者向けに企画したExcel確認表です。1製織ロット・同一品番を対象に、反ごとの長さの差と未測定の反を同じシートで確認することを目指しています。 織上カードからロットID、品番、反番号、織上記録長を登録し、検反実測長、測定日、原記録の参照先を追記。記録長と実測長が揃った反の差を確認します。 架空例：反Aの記録長50.0m、実測長49.6mなら差は－0.4m。同じ行で実測長を49.8mに訂正すると差は－0.2mです。実測長が空欄の反Bは0m扱いせず、未測定として区別します。 原記録を参照しながら確認済み・測定待ちの反を整理し、暗算や記録を探す手間を軽減するための一枚です。確認はExcel画面上で行う想定です。長さの差だけで不良や請求減額を判断するものではなく、疵判定、在庫・請求連携、印刷用帳票は対象外です。現在は企画段階で、使い勝手や時間短縮効果は未検証です。 お仕事の依頼：ramaya08010801@gmail.com The Fabric Roll Inspection Length Comparison Sheet is an Excel template designed for silk and rayon weaving factories. Fictional example: Roll A is recorded as 50.0 m and measured as 49.6 m, giving -0.4 m. Correcting its measurement to 49.8 m in the same row changes the difference to -0.2 m. Roll B's blank measurement is marked unmeasured, not treated as zero.
