[Packaging] ▼ Packaging is provided free of charge. [About the Artwork] ・I create the design based on the details discussed during our consultation. I am unable to prepare multiple design variations. ・Any details not requested or confirmed in advance cannot be changed after production begins. ・Because each piece is custom-made, I cannot accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or design changes for any reason, including personal circumstances or shipping issues, once production has started or after delivery. ・All pieces are entirely hand-painted and handmade. Depending on the nail size, the painted area may be smaller than in the sample images. ・While I make each piece carefully, minor imperfections such as slight distortion, scratches, dust, or air bubbles may occur due to the material and manufacturing process. Some textures, fading, or bubbles may also be intentional as part of the design. ・I do my best to photograph the colors accurately, but the actual colors may look slightly different depending on lighting conditions and your device screen. ・Since each set is remade to fit your nail sizes, it will not be exactly identical to the sample photos or design images. ・Reselling, claiming the design as your own, copying the design set, or reselling it after disassembly is strictly prohibited. [About the Nail Tips] ・The natural curve of each nail may vary from finger to finger. Please understand that slight gaps or differences in fit may occur when worn. ・I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size issues with the nail tips you selected. [Storage and Handling of Nail Tips] ・Please store the nail tips in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. ・If they become dirty, gently wipe them with a soft cloth or cotton dampened with water. Please note that matte surfaces may pick up color transfer from items such as denim. ・Nail tips can be reused if handled carefully, but depending on how they are used and stored, they may become unusable after just one use. Please also note that gel and decorative parts may naturally deteriorate over time. ・The base of the nail tips is made of plastic. Please do not use nail remover, ethanol, alcohol, or other solvents that may affect plastic, as they may cause cloudiness, whitening, or cracks. ・Likewise, repeated exposure to sudden temperature changes, such as hot baths, as well as chemicals or detergents, may damage the plastic base. Please handle with care. ・Please attach and remove the nail tips according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer of your adhesive and remover. ・For hygiene reasons, I recommend removing the nail tips after one day of wear. ・This product is a decorative nail tip item.
