― 小津和紙の24連鶴 Renzuru (Connected Cranes)
江戸時代に刊行された世界最古の折り紙の専門書『秘傅千羽鶴折形』に記された連鶴「青海波（せいかいは）」をアレンジし、ボックスフレーム内に24羽の鶴が思い思いにはばたく作品に仕上げました 。
I have arranged the "Seikaiha" (Blue Ocean Waves) pattern from the world's oldest origami book, "Hiden Senbazuru Orikata" (1797), creating a piece where 24 cranes flutter freely within a box frame.
連鶴部分には、東京・日本橋の老舗「小津和紙」にて選定した和紙を使用しました。木漏れ日のような柔らかな光を感じさせる淡いグリーンに微かな金彩、和紙ならではの優しい質感が特徴です。
For the cranes, I used paper selected from the historic "Ozu Washi" in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. It features a pale green hue evoking soft sunbeams with a subtle gold shimmer, along with the gentle texture unique to hand-poured washi.
一枚の和紙に細かな切り込みを入れ、24羽の鶴を一度も切り離すことなく一繋ぎに折り上げています 。
All 24 cranes are meticulously folded from a single sheet of paper without ever being detached from one another.
背景の台紙には、奈良・吉野の「森」の素材を活かした「木の紙」を使用しております。
The background is made of "Kino-kami" (wood paper), crafted from the natural materials of the Yoshino forests in Nara.

私の方で検品し、できる限り傷の少ないものを選んでおりますが、完全な無傷は困難となっております。
I personally inspect each frame and select those with the fewest imperfections, but total absence of minor marks cannot be guaranteed.
