Against an orange-toned folding screen stand the Emperor and Empress dolls, gracefully accompanied by three court ladies dressed in soft-hued kimonos as they celebrate this special day together. Tsumami-zaiku peach blossoms and mizuhiki cord decorations add charming accents throughout. Gold brocade fabric adorns the folding screen and platform for a modern Japanese aesthetic, while the light wood grain frame was chosen to blend seamlessly with both Japanese and Western interiors.
