We use new, unused obi fabric, not recycled material. Nishijin-ori is one of Kyoto's representative luxury silk fabrics. It is a refined fabric that uses multi-colored threads and takes time and effort to create beautiful patterns, but it is becoming rare due to a shortage of craftsmen.
