●ご購入時の注意事項
◆店頭販売で現品在庫を共有しております関係上、タイミングによってはご注文いただいた時点で完売となっている場合もございます。 その場合は新たに制作期間をいただきますのでご了承ください。
◆実際の色に近い画像を使用しておりますが、モニター環境により実際と異なって見える場合もございます。予めご了承ください。
◆制作・発送の各工程を経て念入りに検品後に発送しておりますが、ハンドメイドの特性上、写真とは微妙な誤差がある場合がございます。オンリーワンのジュエリーとしてお楽しみください。
●お手入れ方法
◆SV925の製品の場合、長期間使用されない場合は硫化防止の為、チャック付きビニール袋などに保管してください。
◆変色が見られる場合はシルバー用の磨き布で磨いてください。 布が無い場合は重曹を水で湿らせて指で軽く磨いたあと、水で洗い流して乾拭きしてください。
◆汚れが気になる場合は、中性洗剤をぬるま湯でうすめた液を使い、柔らかいブラシで軽めに洗浄します。最後に水で洗い流して柔らかい布で乾拭きしてください。超音波洗浄機はお使いいただけますが、燻し加工が取れてしまいますのでご注意ください。
●Important Notices for Purchase
◆Due to the sharing of inventory with in-store sales, depending on the timing, the item may be sold out by the time you place your order. Please note that in that case, a new production period will be required.
◆Although we use images that are close to the actual colors, they may look different depending on your monitor environment. Please note.
◆We carefully inspect each step of production and shipping before shipping, but due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight differences from the photos. Please enjoy it as a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry.
●How to care for the product
◆For SV925 products, if it is not used for a long period of time, please store it in a zippered plastic bag to prevent sulfurization.
◆If you see any discoloration, please polish it with a silver polishing cloth. If you don't have a cloth, dampen baking soda with water and lightly buff it with your fingers, then rinse with water and wipe dry.
◆If you are concerned about dirt, use a diluted solution of neutral detergent in lukewarm water and gently wash with a soft brush. Finally, rinse with water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. You can use an ultrasonic cleaner, but please note that the Oxidized finish will be removed.
