［Cautionary note for your purchase and handling the accessories. ］ ● Since these are handmade artwork, there may be slightly differences between the photos and the accessories you receive, or the photos may look different due to the display environment. I usually create accessories to be closer images with the photos in the gallery, however there might be slight differences including colors or shapes. I would appreciate if you could see as “one-of-a-kind" and would cherish them since they are handmade accessories 🙂 ● Small air bubbles may remain in the accessories due to the process of dip art method. I try to remove big air bubbles, however I sometimes leave small ones by design. Regarding the shipping directly from Hanabusa, I will send by “Packing delivery compact (宅急便コンパクト)” [which is a type of delivery methos in Japan. It’s for a package which total measurements of height, width and length is within 60cm.] ● We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. In case, if you find a defect in the product or receive your order wrong, please contact us via “minne” website. ● I create the products one by one after taking an order. Please note that it will take 2 weeks up to 1 month for the shipment. I'm afraid we are not able to arrange urgent shipments or shipments with a specified date / time. ● We mainly use “synthetic resin” and “metal wires (copper wires)” for the accessories. Although not all products, some are created with “resin” or “brass wires” for coating. Please keep in mind if you are allergic to metal or resin. ● The artwork is particularly delicate, although they are reinforced with strainers and resin. Please handle with care. The shape will be kept in good if you do not touch the parts which are made with dip art when wearing it. ● If the part made by dip art is bent unintentionally, gently bend it back to its original shape. You can rest assured that the petals are fully processed with strengthening liquid so they don’t break. The petals made of resin bend flexibly instead of being torn easily. However, it would be damaged if you apply strong force or pull them. ● Store the accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and deterioration. Please do not leave in a hot / humid place as much as possible since they are delicate for high temperature and water. You can still wear on rainy days, however please let it air dry in the room to keep the good condition after wearing it. ● For cleaning, we recommend wiping off sweat in metal parts with a dry cloth. For the part of petals made by dip art, you can brush dust off from time to time.
