転売/代行購入等商業目的と思われるご注文の制限について

形態を問わず、利益を得る目的での転売もしくは代行購入業と思われる方からのご注文が増え、一部の作品について一般のお客様の目に留まる前に完売してしまい製作が追い付かないといった状況が生じております。当ショップとしては、一般のお客様や初めて購入されるお客様を優先したいため、次のような対策を取らせていただきます。 ●当ショップの作品を、利益を得る目的で転売するのはおやめください。 ●ご注文内容やメッセージのやりとり、配送先などから、転売・代行購入等商業目的の可能性があると当ショップが判断した場合、ご注文を一定期間お待ちいただく場合があります。 〈転売・代行購入目的の可能性ありと判断する基準の一例〉 ・同じ作品を複数注文するもしくは短期間にわたって何度も注文する ・複数の名義（アカウント）を使い、同一住所宛で注文する ・利用可能な配送方法の容量を超えるほど多くの作品を一度に注文する これまでに当ショップとお取引をされたことのあるお客様であっても、今後上記の判断基準に該当する注文をなさった場合、ご注文の制限等の対応をとらせていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。 ●一部の作品について、当面の間お一人様あたりの購入数を制限します。 購入数の上限を設ける作品につきましては、各作品ページにその数を記載しますのでご確認の上ご注文くださいませ。 一般のお客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございませんが、事態が落ち着くまでご了承いただけますと幸いです。 【Please read before order】 Some customers seem to be order my works to resell, Live commerce，or to buy on behalf of others to make profit. For this, some of the works are sold out before they are noticed by many general customers, and the production cannot catch up . Thank you your cooperation. ●DO NOT RESELL the works of this shop. ●If I judge that there is a possibility of resale or proxy purchase from the contents of your order or the exchange of messages, I’ll take measures to make you wait for a certain period of time to purchase. 〈EXAMPLE of standars for judging that there is a possibility of resale or proxy purchase〉 ・Order more works at once than the capacity of available shipping methods. ・Order the same work multiple or over a short period of time. ・Order to the same address using multiple names. From now, customers who have shopped at my shop before will also respond according to the above standard. ●For a while，I’ll limit the number of purchases per person for some works. ● At minne, overseas customers can purchase works from overseas via the official agency service "World Shopping BIZ". I recommend using it.
