I repair my products. Please consult me about the situation if it's needed. 1, Send me a detailed condition with some pictures, please. If it’s repairable, I will give you a shipping address. 2, Upon receiving, I will check carefully and give you an estimate. 3, If you agree, I will give you a designated page. Please pay for the cost of repairing from there. ***Approximate estimate is a base fee of 500yen＋300yen/1part To change metal parts: base fee by 500yen＋material fee Please cover all the shipping to and from me. ***How to pack the item when you ship to me. Make sure it won’t break further. Please wrap it up with soft materials then put it on the right size box which won’t rattle inside. If you still have the original box, please use it. I will count the parts which may be broken during the shipment. Please be careful. ***For paring items. I need to check the balance of left and right, so please send back both of them. Re-order for one side is available for whom purchased the set in the past. This can be done in a situation like you lost one side and/or the one side has been shuttered and it’s not repairable. In this case, also, I need to see the balance of the 2, so please send in the side you still have. The estimated price for this case is the base fee 500 yen + half of the original price of the item.
