注文から発送までの流れOrder Process

1. ご注文・お支払い 　ご希望のデザインとサイズをお選びいただき、ご注文と決済をお願いいたします。 　※サイズがご不安な方は、事前に【サイズ計測用チップ】のご購入をおすすめします。 　Order & Payment 　Please select your preferred design and size, then proceed with the order and payment. 　If you’re unsure about your size, we recommend purchasing a Sizing Sample Set in advance. ⸻ 2. 制作開始 　ご入金の確認後、1点ずつ丁寧に制作を開始します。 　制作期間は通常3-7日 ほどいただきます（注文状況により変動あり）。 　Production 　After confirming your payment, we will carefully start handcrafting your nail tips. 　The production period usually takes 3-7days, depending on the order volume. ⸻ 3. 完成・仕上げチェック 　完成後は、形やデザインの最終チェック、トップコートの硬化などを行います。 　Finishing & Quality Check 　Once completed, we carefully check the shape, design, and finish to ensure high quality. ⸻ 4. 梱包・発送 　チップは破損防止のため、ケースに入れて丁寧に梱包します。 　発送は 追跡ありの配送方法（例：ネコポス） でお届けします。 　発送完了後、Minneから自動通知が届きます。 　Packaging & Shipping 　The nail tips will be securely packed in a protective case to avoid damage. 　We use a trackable shipping method (e.g., Nekoposu ). 　You will receive an automatic shipping notification once your order is dispatched. ⸻ 📌 ご注意 / Important Notes • ご入金後のキャンセル・デザイン変更は原則できません。 • ハンドメイド品のため、若干の個体差がある場合がございます。 • お急ぎの場合は、必ずご注文前にメッセージでご相談ください。 • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after payment. • As these are handmade items, there may be slight variations in each piece. • If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
