赤い瞳が印象的な、通称「赤目ちゃん」の目玉画です。
鮮やかな色彩とシンプルな構図で、目玉の持つ不思議な存在感に、
少し明るく遊び心のある表情を加えました。
目玉屋にとって、目は怖がらせるためだけのものではなく、
そばに在り、静かに見守ってくれる小さなお守りのような存在です。
本作は、2016年に東京・高円寺のTERRAPIN STATIONで開催した
個展「eye holic―冴羽日出郎の目玉中毒」に出展したオリジナル作品です。
ケント紙に、ミリペンとアルコールマーカーを中心に使用して、一点ずつ手描きで制作しました。
玄関や作業机、棚の上など、日常の中に小さな視線とアクセントを置きたい場所におすすめです。
簡易フレーム入り。

An original eyeball artwork featuring a vivid red iris, affectionately nicknamed “Akame-chan” (“Little Red Eye”).
Its bright colors and simple composition give the mysterious eyeball motif a playful and slightly charming presence.
For the artist, eyes are not merely frightening symbols. They can also be small guardians—quietly watching over the space around them.
This original artwork was exhibited at my 2016 solo exhibition, “eye holic,” held at TERRAPIN STATION in Koenji, Tokyo.
Each detail was drawn by hand on Kent paper, mainly using fine-liner pens and alcohol markers.
Presented in a simple frame and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
