🌼ご協力をお願いいたします🌼Thank you for your cooperation.🌼谢谢您的协助🌼 チャームやその他の作品について、同じお客様が同じ作品を繰り返し購入されるケースが度々ございます。 本当に作品を気に入って、同じものを購入して長く愛用していただけることは大変ありがたくうれしいことです。とはいえ当ショップとしては初めてのお客様にもごゆっくりお買い物を楽しんでいただきたいと思っていますため、作品によっては、以前購入してくださった方は新規のお客様にいったん順番をお譲りいただければ大変助かります。 つきましては、当ショップでは次のような対策をとりますので、ご理解ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。 ◆以下のいずれかに当てはまる場合、ご注文を一定期間制限したり、キャンセルいたします。 ①短期間のうちに同じ作品を何度も注文する ②複数のアカウントや宛名を使い、同一住所宛で同じ作品を注文する ③【お一人様1点まで】などと明記してあるのに、守らずに注文する ④ ②,③についてこちらからお伺いのメッセージを差し上げても、ご返信いただけない場合 ・ご注文の制限は一定期間経ってから解除いたします。 ・これまでに当ショップとお取引をされたことのあるお客様であっても、上記に当てはまる注文をなさった場合、ご注文の制限等の対応をとらせていただきます。 ◆一部の作品について、当面の間お一人様あたりの購入数の上限を設けます。 該当する作品につきましては、各作品ページに【お一人様〇個まで】などと記載しますのでご確認の上ご注文くださいませ。 購入数の制限は様子を見て解除する場合もございます。 ◆当ショップの作品を、利益を得る目的で転売するのはご遠慮ください。画像の無断転載もしないでください。 //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Thankfully some customers buy same products repeatedly. I'll take the following measures and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ◆I'll restrict or cancel your orders for a certain period of time in the following cases. ①Order the same work multiple or over a short period of time. ②Order to the same address using multiple names or accounts. ③Even though there is notice like 【お一人様1個まで＝Up to 1 item per customer（per address）】, you break the rules. ④When you don't reply , even though I send you a message asking about ② and ③.（2024/10/24 update） Order restrictions will be lifted after a certain period of time. ◆For a while，I’ll limit the number of purchases per person for some works. ◆Please do not resell the products of this shop.
