領収書が必要なお客様へのご案内 (In case of the receipt who needs)

※誠に申し訳ありませんが、領収書の発行は出来ません。お客様が代金のお支払いをしたのは、出品者ではなくMinneです。出品者とお客様との間で代金の直接のやり取りは発生していないため、出品者から領収書を発行することができません。また、Minneに直接お問合せをされましても、Minneから領収書を発行することはありません(https://minne.com/help)。 ※領収書の代わりとして、お客様がお支払いいただいたクレジットカードの利用明細書、各銀行の振込明細書などをご利用いただけます。 ※出品者の方では、「売れたもの」項目の注文詳細ページを領収書の代わりとして印刷・送付することができます。必要な場合は、ご注文の際に「備考欄」にご記入ください。ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解をお願いします。 (上記の領収書希望の際の「備考欄」へのご記入の「備考欄」は、発注の「カートに入れる」のボタンの選択のあと、進んでいきますと「注文内容の入力」というところがあります。その中に備考(欄)の項目があります。) ※お客様のご希望で、領収書の代わりとなるものを、こちらから印刷・送付する際、郵送重量が規定を超えるため、追加送料の配達料金となります。ご了承よろしくお願いいたします。 ※I'm sorry for the request. At first push the button of [GO CART], then you will be able to find the remarks column. ) ※In some cases that you hope the alternative receipt which I printed out, delivery charge over the weight of the paper will be required. The delivery charge for each total weight follows postal weight list. Please understand them.
