和紙押絵　写楽　竹村定之進

写楽の竹村定之進は丹波国由留木家の能役者で，不義の罪を犯した娘の身代わりに切腹するという悲痛な役どころ。おもねるような手の仕草とは裏腹に，口許には決死の覚悟が漂うなど，名優蝦蔵（五代目団十郎）の芸の深さを伝えてくれている。写楽の代表的作品で切手にも採用されております。使用されている和紙は職人が一枚一枚丁寧に絞り上げ布の様な感触に仕上がった手絞り和紙。和紙人形は不思議な事に和室は勿論洋間にも違和感無く飾る事が出来ます。　外国人が帯や着物等を壁掛けやテーブルセンター、タペストリー等で室内を飾る感覚です。外国へのお土産にも最適で軽い為機内に持ち込めます。又透明度の高いアクリル板が使用されている為外国へ送ることが可能です。（硝子板は不可）また直射日光や強い光の当たる場所は避けて下さい。 Sharaku's Takemura Sadanoshin is a Noh actor from the Yuruki family of Tanba Province. He plays a tragic role, committing seppuku in place of his adulterous daughter. His pliant hand gestures belie his resoluteness in his mouth, conveying the profound artistic depth of the great actor Ebizo (played by Danjūrō ​​V). This is one of Sharaku's signature works, and has even been featured on stamps. The washi paper used is carefully wrung by artisans one sheet at a time to create a cloth-like texture. Surprisingly, washi dolls complement both Japanese and Western-style rooms seamlessly. It's similar to how foreigners decorate their rooms with obi and kimonos, such as wall hangings, table centers, and tapestries. They also make ideal souvenirs for overseas travel, being lightweight and easily carried on board. They can also be shipped overseas thanks to their highly transparent acrylic panels (glass panels are not permitted). Avoid direct sunlight or strong light.
