ご覧いただきありがとうございます。 こちらのぺージではシューン・ストーンリバーの商品に関する返品・交換・キャンセルにつきまして記載しております。 お手数おかけいたしますが、ご購入いただく際は必ずご一読いただくようお願いいたします。 ◆商品の品質には万全の注意を払っておりますが、在庫現品・サイズ指定オーダー品ともに、万が一ご注文頂いた商品と異なっていたり、商品が破損していた場合は到着日より7日以内にメールでご連絡いただいた上、メールのご返信でお知らせいたします当工房宛てへ送料着払いにてお送りください。 商品を確認後、早急に良品の発送をさせていただきます。 ◆【サイズ指定オーダー】の作品につきましては、その特性上制作開始後のキャンセル又は返品はお受けできません。 ◆お客様のご都合による交換・キャンセル・返品に関しましては、在庫現品のご注文で未使用品に限りお受けいたします。交換・キャンセル・返品の理由を必ずメールでご連絡の上、メールのご返信でお知らせいたします当工房宛へ到着日より7日以内に送料発払い(お客様ご負担)にてお送りください。 ◆ご返金をご希望の場合は、初回の無料送料の実費＋梱包材＋決済手数料および振込手数料をご購入金額よりお引きした金額を返金させていただきますのでご了承くださいませ。 ご返金が完了するまで、数週間ほどお時間がかかる場合があります。 ■Return, Change, Cancellation Policy (※This is for Domestic purchase in Japan) ◆We pay great attention to the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of the arrival date and we will notify you by email reply. Please send the product to our workshop with postage C.O.D.　 After checking the product, we will ship the good product as soon as possible. ◆Due to the nature of the【size-specified order】products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after production has begun. ◆Regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience, we will only accept orders for unused in-stock products. Please be sure to contact us by email with the reason for return, exchange, or cancellation, and we will notify you by email reply. Please send the product to our workshop with postage prepaid (at the customer's expense) within 7 days of arrival. ◆If you would like a refund, please note that the actual cost of the first free shipping + packaging materials + payment fee and transfer fee will be deducted from the purchase price. It may take a few weeks for the refund to be completed.
